Story Overview
Sakura Sakurakouji, a seemingly normal high school girl, witnesses a mysterious boy burning people alive with blue flames on a train—but when the police arrive, there's no evidence left.
The next day, she discovers the same boy, Rei Ogami, is a new transfer student in her class. Ogami is a "Code: Breaker"—a government assassin who uses special powers to deliver justice outside the law.
As Sakura learns more about Ogami's brutal methods and the secret organization he belongs to, she begins questioning the meaning of justice, morality, and her own role in this violent world.
