Miko Kurono, known online as Necronomico, is a junior high streamer who’s offered a chance to test-play a new VR game. Joined by childhood friend Mayu Mayusaka and rival Kanna Kagurazaka, they enter what seems like a fun virtual title — but soon uncover cosmic-horror deities like Cthulhu weaving nightmares behind the code. Equal parts Lovecraft, slice-of-life, and quirky camaraderie, this anime becomes a wild ride between comedy and eldritch dread.
